In recent years it has undergone a number of changes in its title. It was founded as the "International Hebrew Christian Alliance". It subsequently changed its name to the "International Messianic Jewish (Hebrew Christian) Alliance". Although it is now known publicly as the "International Messianic Jewish Alliance" its Constitution still bears the title IMJ(HC)A. The following scans are taken from the latest edition of the IMJA's Constitution obtained from the UK's "Charity Commission" at:
The Charity Commission,

To obtain a copy yourself quote the IMJA's Charity Registration number

at least, the photocopying charges.

That the IMJA discriminates on the grounds of "race" and not, say, former religion (e.g. adherence to Judaism versus adherence to some other faith) can be determined by an examination of literature published by the IMJA.
Several IMJA publications (e.g. "Saved to Serve" and "The International Hebrew Christian Alliance. What it is and what it does") repeat the following paragraph:
"The International Hebrew Christian Alliance (now known as the "International Messianic Jewish Alliance" - My comment) is a universal fellowship of men and women of the Hebrew race ("Jewish origins" in some editions - My comment), who have found in Jesus Christ their Saviour and Lord, and are members of the Evangelical Church."
See the note above about the IMJA and its recent name change from the IHCA via the IMJ(HC)A. If you wish to see a scan of the relevant portion of "Saved to Serve" including the foregoing paragraph click here

Paragraph 5 concerns "non-Jewish Christians" who are not married to an IMJA full member. Not only are they excluded from full membership on racial grounds (i.e. they are assigned to Associate membership on the grounds of their ethnic/racial parentage), but they are also excluded from the leadership posts listed in clauses 5a; b & c. They too must also be Christians (i.e. affirm paragraph 3).
As we have seen, all IMJA members (Full and Associate) must affirm the IMJA's doctrinal basis (i.e. paragraph 3 above). This means that they are, from a Christian perspective, brothers and sisters in "Christ". However, they are divided into two membership categories (Full and Associate) on racial grounds. They are effectively united in "Christ" but divided by "race".
The following scans refer to the functions and roles from which IMJA associated members are excluded on racial grounds (i.e. on account of them not being "Christians of Jewish ethnic/racial parentage"). It might now be an idea to revise Paragraph 5 above before you continue because it sets out the exclusions suffered by "Associate members" (i.e. "non-Jewish Christians") of the IMJA.

The racist IMJA defames both Judaism and Christianity. If you are a Christian who cares about justice and the reputation of your faith, please, council your fellow Christians in the IMJA to stop their racial discrimination now.
The IMJA was formerly known as the "International Hebrew Christian Alliance" (IHCA). The IMJA's constitution is a reworking of the IHCA's constitution.
