The "Messianic Jewish Association of Great Britain"

The MJAGB had a website at: http://www.dur.ac.uk/%7Edcs1ejy/MJAGB until recently when it was reduced to a bare minimum. However, the person who still appears to be the MJAGB's internet contact is Dr. E.J. Younger at Durham University. Alternatively, e-mail chul_mjagb@mistral.co.uk

According to the MJAGB's membership rules, "Messianic Jews" are Christians having at least one grandparent who is/was Jewish. In contrast "non-Jewish Christians" are Christians who do not have at least one grandparent who is/was Jewish.

In accordance with its rules, the MJAGB is divided into two membership categories, namely, full and associate. All associate members are "non-Jewish Christians". They are placed in this category solely because they do not have the right racial credentials (i.e. the do not have a grandparent who is/was Jewish. Other than that they are fully qualified for full membership). Associate members are specifically denied voting rights by the MJAGB's membership rules.

Why does the MJAGB disenfranchise its associate members? What is wrong with them? Are they not good enough to vote on MJAGB matters? Are they inferior in some way? Are they too stupid or what? Is this in keeping with Christian values?

The First Implementation Decree of the Law for the Re-establishment of the Professional Civil Service (Nazi Germany, April 11, 1933) (1) defines a "non-Aryan" as,

"A person who is descended from non-Aryan, especially Jewish, parents or grandparents, is regarded as non-Aryan. It suffices if one parent or grandparents (sic) adhere to the Jewish religion" (Adam U. D., "An Overall Plan for Anti-Jewish Legislation in the Third Reich?" Yad Vashem Studies, XI: 33 - 55, 1976). My highlighting.

How can one explain the great similarity between the definition of "Jew" in the foregoing legislation and the one in the MJAGB's own membership rules? How could anyone justify calling either definition "Jewish"?

Could it be that the MJAGB's definition and the one in the foregoing legislation has "scientific racism" in common? Considering the great suffering of the Jewish people as a direct result of the "Jewish race" myth, is it not an obscenity for the MJAGB to be exploiting such ideas? Is it "Christian" for the MJAGB to be discriminating against its "non-Jewish Christian" members on the same racial grounds that the Nazis once discriminated against the Jews?
